This thing is a monster, the whole setup seems so strange to me. Very cool build though and definitely unique.

That thing looks absolutely crazy. Nice work on it man, I sure wish I could help you with the chassis but that is one crazy chassis that will require a very unique one off mold.

I have a lead on it, but need to make the mold (which isn't too hard) but then would have to ship it to them. Then it's standard pricing, which isn't too out of line either. The whole problem is starting the process. Too many other things going on

Early fwd ran with 2wd class, but when people complained it was soon banished to 4wd class and died. It couldn't compete with 4wd.DennisM wrote:This is one crazy ride![]()
In what class did the compete?
The maker explained to me that it wasn't faster or better, but since it drove a very different line it messed with the rwd cars "line" and tended to be "in the way". It was a major psych out to the rwd cars. They ran the bug body cause it traction rolled a lot, the body helped it land on its wheels

Huge thanks to Phin for spotting this! Also kudos to Marc and Jim85IROC for helping.
This baby is uuuuuuuugly but should help shed some light on the production changes and give us measurements to compare with. I'm stoked to get it back to within 50 miles of where it was born
Obviously someone tried to convert it to rwd....badly. lol

It's pretty amazing that all the important holes still look like they're there...so now we get to find out how badly counting the twill weave doesn't work.

Geez I saw that when it was posted on eBay and almost placed it in the lightweight chassis thread. Then looked closer at the pictures and really wondered what it was all about it just didn't make sense at all to me like it is set up right now. So that is actually the remaining of an original conversion? Did you get it?

Re: A-Main Bullet Fwd 4ws RC10 conversion Tribute build
Definitely wasn't instant recognition for me either. I clicked the auction first just to check out the horror show, but then the backwards front arms and carbon shock tower got the hamster wheel spinning. That bellcrank isn't on the car in the manual, but it is a lot like the ones that are, and the chassis material is different too. So I still had to make sure all the screw holes were there before I could believe it was an A-Main chassis.
