Mask question

I have liquid mask, but i want to get some vinyl to mask with also...anyone have any ideas on what to use

Any brand should work. I use it all the time instead of paint mask

How can you use any vinyl...when you pull off certain vinyl it leaves residue...

in a short period of time, it shouldn't. If you left it on for a week or whatever I could see it doing that. I use Oracal brand usually, but I've used 3M/Scotchcal and Avery with no problems at all. You could always use paint mask too, either Avery or Gerber.

You could try grabbing some from a sign shop, they might even give you some scraps.
