So, my '91's a '92, happy days :D Shock mounts, rear hubs and transmission all tick the right boxes. Better change the title of the thread now!

Flustorm - you sure your '91's not a '92 too? You got the correct rear hubs and belt pitch? The photo's from the '91 manual show the shock mounts as significantly different from the ones on our cars. Although the rear that came off your car has extra holes at the top, and fewer at the bottom than the diagram from the packet.....

Mate the car these originally came off was sold as a yz10/91 , at the time i had no idea what the difference was, now i am building a picture, it had drescher front arms..may have had alloy bulkheads...still trying to work out the difference, i think they arent as shiny and are heavier? Had a yz10 chassis so standard pulleys and belts but everything else seemed 91 ish...i will put a pic up of what i have now as i have modified it alot to make it a 91 but really omitted some parts as i didnt have the or didnt want them..ie 2mm setup ... Anyway if u dont mind i will plonk pic here and have people pic it to pieces...:)...i used yr4 bulheads too as i didnt have a alloy front bulkhead and i dont mind them considering i just noticed one of my magnesium ones snapped on one of my other cars..! explains why the steering was fairly erratic...

I do like your car though and if its a 92 then yippee all the better for you...! Now u can find a 91'. One of the guys here had/has one for sale...

Thanks Flustorm, i got a lot of love for this car either way, but the fact it's a '92 makes it that little more special. By all means plonk a pic of your car on, the more the guys pick it apart, the more we'll learn! Thats what i intend doing with my next cars when they turn up......

Needs more pictures. Would be better if you start your own thread for that.
