Pretty funny that he added weights inside the milled slots in the chassis. :P

His car has got some mods done to it and has old non-threaded team shocks so there's no telling by his car if the 3 degree blocks are stock parts or something BK added himself. :|

So perhaps it will be Losi?
I'd buy a Turbo Optima. I always wanted that car.

I just preordered one from Tower Hobbies!!

I'm sooo glad this is not a limited run like the classic was.

I will probably pick one of these up and run it with the classic body and tyres.

It looks like they might be going full bore with this. Making the car competitive somewhat right out of the box, able to handle the new tech stuff. This seems more like a long term project than just a re-re or tribute car. They want us to come out and race these cars. I thinks that's awesome, and really looking forward to it!!
I'm not like them, but I can pretend...

Agreed.. I would stare at it in every issue of towers magazine. I was tempted to buy the re-re Egress.. but it just doesnt do it for me.. its too space age looking and I am big Tamiya fan.... The Optima and Turbo Optima are stunning..

Are there supposed to be bearings in this kit?

Tech notes says full set.
I miss brushed motors in that hazy, everything seemed better when I was a kid, kind of way.
