I know the feeling! I'm hoping to use that word more often.

BTW, to get McLaren orange you can mix Parma Faskolor Yellow and Red. Works pretty good.

Thanks man! I'll try that color mix on the next one. I shot it straight FasOrange but my camera makes it look too saturated.

My thoughts exactly. The little "wind shield" might keep some air off of it, but at least it is out in the open to keep cool. The over all look is way cool!

You will have to watch e-Bay for mounted tire sets. There were several out there during the last few weeks. I was purchasing foam donuts direct from Corally but now they've stopped all US direct sales. You will have to e-mail one of their distributors to see if they carry them. I actually need to start looking for a few sets myself.

Thanks, the lighting was very poor when I took those photos. I have a couple of better pics here: http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=98&t=38094 Been too lazy to do another photo shoot of the car. For these shots I used an old Canon Digital Rebel with a Canon EFS 17-55 Ultrasonic lens. The lens cost more than the camera. I plan on upgrading the camera body to an EOS 7D eventually.

good lens is a great investment in my opinion. I have a old nikon j1 with a nikkor prime lens which i shoot most of the rc stuff with, lens cost more than the body. i like my j1 its small and does the job, its gen1 someday i might get something better but honestly it has what i need.
