Ofna 19034 hingepins on YZ-10/870C ?

Has anyone tried the Ofna 3x40mm hinge pins (p/n 19034) as replacements for the YZ-10 rear suspension arm pins? Mine are bent and now have teeth marks on them (the pliers, not mine).

They are a little longer than stock (40 vs 38.5mm) which is not a problem. I am more concerned about the diameter. On paper they should work, but I trust word of mouth confirmation a bit more

I'm almost convinced that the Ofna pins will not work.

I tried the hinge pins from my Traxxas Bullet. Length is perfect, but at 3mm diameter, they won't fit. So the YZ-10 pins are smaller in diameter (~2.5mm by my measurements).

Has anyone found suitable replacement YZ-10 rear suspension arm pins?

Good info, DennisM. I'll check it out today. A quick search only turned up one set, on eebaye. Made of titanium, so they're priced accordingly, but I'll keep that in my back pocket. I will also look at aftermarket.

Set ordered! Even though they are a bit long, I can't complain at that price. Thanks Justjoe and DennisM for the tips! I like the turnbuckle idea Justjoe.

The Ofna 36170 pins arrive, and although a bit long (as expected), the diameter is perfect! Thanks again. Apparently 3mm is not 3mm with all manufacturers. Must be like shirt or trouser sizes
