Hello - I was an avid and locally competitive racer from '88 - '98. My first car was an RC10. Still have everything plus a couple of 10Ls, including an 10L2 I finished just before getting run down on my motorcycle. Got away from R/C during a two year recovery but find I keep looking at my boxes...can't wait to see what I forgot I had...
The first project will be getting the RC10 running again. Anyone know where to find seals for the original gold shocks? Thanks...

Welcome!
I am told that the traxxas rebuild kits work well and come with the retaining rings that will fit. Personally I have found a few old rebuild kits on the 'bay over time and use them. If you can get away with just orings you can use mip, associated, or pretty much any other 1/8" shock oring

Thanks for the ideas. Located my stuff. Remembered I lightened my gold chassis and it came close to minimum weight. Found my Futaba 1st gen PCM, Tekin reflex charger, Novak charger, Novak T4s, a mosfet programmable sc, another graphite aftermarket RC10 chassis and a bunch of wheels and tires. Wow. Time to clean, clean, clean....and lay it all out. This is kind of exciting. Oh, need the original style body; My original is really beatenI up my beat up. I used Velcro to attach the body to the pan. I also recall polishing and polishing the original trans gears. I'll need to take that apart and see how I can work with it. The Stealth trans I adapted was stolen....man, do I have parts!
