I have neglected to post for a while - but have still been slowly building a couple buggy's - 1 for the shelf (xx4) a work in progress and a XX runner for my son .

pretty darn sweet! I'd say even if it was a shelfer, score another set of regular tires for her, and put those blue ones in a bag in the dark when not drooling over them. I think the sunlight makes them turn yellow-green after a while. At the very least some kind of tire treatment with UV protection.

Woah! Thats a whole lotta blue and yellow!! Looks real nice though, well done. I see you cut up a Trinity rear pivot, looks like a good job from the pics - can you see any of the cuts once mounted?

Love the non-cg chassis also - I gotta get me one of those for mine!

that looks nice, Is that a CF sandwich on the shock towers??

Yes cf sandwich , penguin kit on 1st gen towers.

Yes Jam - bit of a blue and yellow fest - was thinking of white spokes with red francis nuts and ball end colour change . The pivot was easy to do and lots of painters tape was used for protection - no visible signs of mod when mounted .

Can't bring myself to hide it in a closet - to good for that and for the sake of $50 - i'll drool.

I'm chewing the fat atm with a mate to sell it - he has quite a substantial collection of high end new built's - WCS , MIP RC10 , Predator , PB , Samarui etc etc - all stored in climate controlled cabinets .

Definitely the best place for it imo

Is it just the camera's perspective in 2 of those pics or is that some serious rear toe-in? :shock:

You guys are correct, that Trinity block is providing 3 degrees of inboard toe-in and then there is a further 3.5 in those hubs - Crash, you need to use CR hubs that do not have any toe in.
