For the wheels (all 4 of this project were in that shape) I removed 0.1mm dirty and scuffed plastic (0.004 inch) and under its white again then I polished them.templeofspeed wrote:And your back to white secret is what?![]()

Troll tires are what you need I think, come in orange, red, blue, green and porbably white also. Think I've seen them on the webstore that does the CRP stuff, but could be wrong.
There 's the the blue spec tires of LOsi as an alternative.
Or just leave the black tires, I think your project doesn't need pushing further ; it looks swell.

To bring your black steel parts back to life (screws tie rods etc...)
1) remove rust with that:

2) heat the parts with that, until they become dark red

3) Drop the parts in vegetal oil (motor oil stinks, vegetal oil smells french fries).
Be carefull, this a heat treatment, it can modify the hardness of steel.
