Very nice.

Yeah Lazer ZX is getting very hard to get. You are a lucky man to have 2. What's different on the ZX Sport??????

I never liked the ZX body as well but the more i studied it it's all done for a reason. The low body at the back is to direct airflow over the under wing . Very tricky. A Dual wing to aid traction.

The body has a little air defector at the rear as well. . The more i look & work on it the more appreciate it.

Mine is almost finished with Li Po saddels & Brushless for the vintage meet!!!!
Vintage . Older is Better !!!!!!! Vintage At Boondal, Australia.

Good to see another ZX up here Mr Gee.

I like the ZX with it's cool late 80's body design. Kind of iconic much like the Schumacher Procat and Yokomo 870c of that era. Not a design everybody loves but definitely takes you back to when the Lazer hit the scene back then.

I agree, i didnt like it either when racing it in 89 as the undertray was too wide and made it harder to set up but when you got it right no one could get near you at all, and as you know from a lot of my posts its a very forgiving car as well as very strong, over engineered in some parts. A brilliant car. To think im still competitive now with this car, ok ive upgraded the design to the rear gearbox to an extent that you can call it a new car but the rest is the same and the balance is pretty much the same. Its fun to drive.
