From my point of view this car is not a original JrxPro its somehow a converted Jrx2, (proformance)??? with its spoke wheels and missing rear shock tower spacer..
It's an X-2 chassis, with a fair amount of X-pro parts on it, if it had the front bumper cut and use as a spacer in the front kick up it would be perfectly period correct! ( aside from the b3 shell )

Yeah! you're right its an X2 chassis alright.....
Time to look for a Pro chassis and a correct body as well.
That was common back in say 1990, like I mentioned if you cut the rear portion of the factory front x2 bumper and install it you get an x2 with 30ish deg of kickup . i think its an awesome car!
It looks like its got the Pro bumper rather than the earlier Jrx2 bumper? Judging by the angle of the shocks I would guess it is mounted as it would be on a Pro, beneath the chassis. Interesting to hear that the bumper placement was used as a tuning adjustment Bitd - I must admit that I found it odd that the simple fitment of a bumper (in the case of the JRX2 part) forced the chassis lower relative to the suspension arms etc, as it clamps between the chassis & front bulkhead
Here is the bottom side of the X2 wannabe Pro
Im trying to understand to cut the rear portion of the bumper i will gain 30deg kick up? anyway lets give it a try!
Yes. When you look at the original JRX2 bumper, it had 4 mount holes which correlated to the 4 holes of the front bulkhead and front of the chassis.
4 screws would go up through the chassis, then the bumper and finally mounting into the bulkhead.
If you cut the "back" 2 holes off the bumper it would allow you to mount the rear 2 screws through the chassis and directly into the bulkhead while the front 2 screws went through the chassis, then the bumper and finally into the bulkhead. It effectively "lifted" the front part of the bulkhead increasing the kick up by pivoting the front bulkhead.
Yep, here is the best pic I could find with my newborn in my lap on my iPhone
From 89' worlds- Modified X2 chassis with bracing, but check the shock tower angle. I have a close-up and description of this car but don't have access to it now
