Really amazing pictures - I guess You could sell sand in Sahara with that camera hand.
Very nice work on the top-deck. I have a Zerda where the mid motor conversion is done with a piece of cardboard
It´s fibreglass though but it looks like someone did the cutting with a scissor.

You can see some mods on 2 zerda from Euro 85'
The most modified is the middle left, mechanical speedo, upper deck special, front wheel with one way from Progress
and tires too (grass track) and lexan body.

Some update pics, the car is finish, the speedo hand made is a replica or look like of the CS Electronics from 85'/86'...

), most weight on the rear, generally light and good accessibility on the car.The car is partielly built, help the beginner to finish the car more quickly.
Tips:

The pack support for change the gravity center front/rear
A tie rod between the 2 fronts shocks to reinforced the towers and the shocks are more right.
You can leave the belt tensioner on the small belt , by drill a large motor hole and tension the belt with the motor.

I got this Zerda in very poor condition for around $80 and i think that was too much lol I have rebuilt it and have fitted new tyres and rear belt and pulleys. The original radio tray was held together by Meccano so my mate Jason made me one out of fibreglass which I had to order from the UK. I dyed it black and think it looks pretty good. I also got a rere driver and painted it up. On the way are a new front belt and an almost complete black roll cage. (Once I pay for them)
I also got a new Bumper from Bullfrog which was much appreciated.
