Pretty cool that Jay Halsey replica, are you also going to paint the body like it's scheme? I bought a nice 99% new gold tub RC10 last week that will come by mail, and it already has a Halsey body replica, but I would like to fit it with the same front wheels as yours, would you have by chance an unused pair to trade or sell to me? I'll also need a set of new rear tires... I'll post some pics of mine when I receive it

the body will have the red, blue, and yellow paint sheme. i'm still searching for the right color decals, and the correct #4's. as for tires and wheels, i don't got any extras. sorry.

I think there was also an orange stripe between the red and yellow too, but I'm not sure.

Those #4s are Autographics. If you check eBay, the wife of the former owner of Autographics is still selling many of the old decal sheets. You might get lucky and find the right ones...

Looks good so far.

i have some #8 autographics decals. i know, i'll just cut them in half. that equals 4, right? i also have the correct lettering kit to spell out his name, but they're pink. my lhs has the correct ones too, all except black. i have the reedy modifieds decals in white, i think. i know i have them in gold.

i also got a jg front bumper off of shodog, so that's taken care of. i'm not notching the nose plate, though. i don't see the need for it, being as though the bumper covers it.

got a question for whoever:

who thinks the white decal in the blue, that goes over the top of the body, is TEXACO? i think it is, but let me know what you think.

i did a google search, and found their homepage. on there, was her ebay i.d. i went to her ebay store, and she had them. so i got the numbers and the black script kit. i have the white "team associated" decals, but the reedys i have are red. so, the search will continue for those.

While you're at it, you should have Chad make you the front shock collars, too. ;)

he want a descent amount for the shock tower, so for now, it's one thing at a time. it's not a bad price, just a little more than i thought.

i'm sure if it's painted or a shadow. maye he paint the gear cover black so no one would see his gear ratio. you know how racers are.
