So there's this guy, with a basement, R/C stuff and TIME
...and since 1997, he's been digging out the basement of his house using only radio controlled scale construction equipment

That guy is on YouTube, goes by the name Lil Giant Construction Co. He's got an amazing set up, basically pit mining his basement. I believe he's the one who has a rock separator, rock crusher, etc. Lot's of vids to enjoy.

He's got a great setup. He's a farmer somewhere up in Canada so he has loooong winters that he has to have something to do and digging out his basement is how he fills his time.
