servo saver big brute

Hello, does anyone know of a good servo saver to use on the kyosho big brute? the original does not work with my hitec servo.

Kimbrough unit specific for Hitec servo output gear. Choose one that is fit for the servo and the application.

I have no idea, but if that's the case, maybe it's easier to replace the whole servo by one from Futaba or something...

Yes it is. The car crusher series uses a rac and pinion type of setup. There's a slot on the rack....and then a long screw with spacers is bolted on to the lower hole of the stock servo saver.

I think you'll have to move the servo forward if you'll be using a kimbrough.

I get the steering to work to a certain extent using the circular servo horn without the spacer, but will sometimes rotate out of the slot the screw goes into.

Sounds like the plastic gear on the servo might be stripped?

I finally got it using the oval shaped servo horn. although the screw that goes into the slot bar is not even a quarter of the way in it works for now.

Oh no I was referring to the slot of the big brute steering block mechanism
