Thanks guys!

I didn't know the 3M VHB tape was strong enough for the high speed servos. I knew it was tough, but that's good, I will use it.

what are people using for modern tires for their runners?

I hear of people using modern rear tires and cutting them in the center, narrowing them and gluing them back together to fit the fronts, but let's face it, not everyone has the tools to do that. Okay, I don't think I do, lol or have the know how :(

That track I go to is fairly lose, so keep that in mind. In the mean time I will be looking around.

I might take you up on that, but Rod and I are possibly going to narrow some Losi rear Step Pins for the fronts, but if I don't make out to well with that I will drop you a PM.

I haven't seen and JC wheels that fix this buggy, do you have a link for those JC racing 2.2 wheels?

Thanks Reg :D

I kinda want to stick with my pink wheels...you will see

I might be able to use them as a back up though. It would be nice to find a set of white wheels that I could dye pink that would fit modern rubber.

Is the offset on these wheels not wrong for the 870?
I remember reading this somewhere!

If the offset is good/ok and you do an order LMK please! I want 2 sets!

Jake says the offset is wrong, but how bad is it? I would like the same look/offset as original! If it's a little wider, I don't care, but if it's narrow... No way!

oh, come on Rod, you have the long front arms on the hop up car to make up for it if they are more narrow :P

I thought JC made a new wheel since then, but if not I have a set of Jake's correct spacer hubs that you can use-
