

That is a Grass Carp, common Carp. Small one, they are bottom feeders that occasionally come to the surface so you can actually see them, but most of the time you just see the mess they left behind as it floats to the surface. They stink, they are ugly, and when you get a handle on them you never really know what they are going to do- but, they are really weak and spineless when you actually get your hands on them and just make noise.
