No, the Robinson one is actually for a GT ( same 2.60 gear though ) the T3 is a 2.40 tranny
also HG made some alloy gears for the 2.40, but good luck finding them

Re: T3 Metal Idler and Diff Gear??
poor bearings, excessive full throttle starts, slipper clutch not adjusted correctly, dirty transmission
etc
etc

Havent been doing full throttle starts, but am waiting for the bearings to upgrade all the bushings. Do u think bearings over bushings will help the stripping of gears? Also do u think my slipper is to tight?

Re: T3 Metal Idler and Diff Gear??
IDK about your specific slipper setting but it is one of the possible causes or part of the equation anyway, and the bushings cause more resistance than bearings, which is more drag which is like having a bunch of power flow through something that is free spinning ( my 2.40 will spin for 2 full minutes being hand spun with no slipper) vs having it make 1 revolution before stopping-mainesrc10 wrote:Havent been doing full throttle starts, but am waiting for the bearings to upgrade all the bushings.
