yr4 2 speed transmission assembly
Anyone have any documentation on yokomo YR4 2 speed transmission? I picked one up with a car as extra parts in the deal, but it's completely in pieces, and I'd like to at least know how it goes all back together.
I'll snap a pic of the components, maybe it's even an aftermarket one? everything is unfinished aluminum, except the one pulley has a light yellow anodizing.
thanks! still looking for an original issue yr4 manual, the one most like an 870c.

Paul1600, that looks more like the Kyosho 2-speed tranny for the Kyosho TourForce TF-1/2/3 and the accompanying pinions.

Apologies on dragging an old thread back from beyond the grave.... but was just wondering how you went with finding 2-speed instructions?
I have recently acquired this little beast, and instructions could prove very useful....
I do have a scan of a YR4 manual, but it has no mention of the 2-speed....

Re: yr4 2 speed transmission assembly
I'll have to check, I no longer have the 2 speed, and I can't recall if I ever saw an exploded diagram. It was very straightforward once I put all the parts together. I think I did see something regarding setting the shift points.
