10T Narrow Front wheels

I just got a set of narrow front wheels for my 10T. Is there supposed to be one or two bearings in there? only asking because the inside hole is larger than the outter...

I guess not

I just went and looked again and they are the same size. I don't know what I was looking at before. Boy is my face red...

Was your problem solved?... was it the bearing size?
