Ok i have finished my Thunder Shot At last!!!!!!!!!

Post by Mad Racer »

I have recently just finished my Thunder Shot.

Started out as a fire Dragon and took a long time to get it to Thunder Shot specs. Even bought a donor car.

Its all thunder shot specs with a few mods thrown in.

Has Top Force Uni's .

Adj Turn buckles ( A must have as the upper molded links are so stiff it pulls the gearbox mounting points out in a crash)

Custom made rear wing mod and painted up to match.

Original re release gears ( the re re has a high spot in it and clicks away)

Z run 13t brushless.

Pro line Tri Spoke wheels.

Alloy A 5 front brace.

I have to say this goes so well and handles very well. Better than my custom modded Super Shot.

one of the best forward-cab bodies ever!
I didn't know it had such a good steering set-up. Cool. Is the geometry good: no bump-steer etc?

Hey Mr Ed.

That pic is of the steering cranks from my moded Super Shot. They are cut & shunted Top Force cranks that took a long time to sort out.

The Thunder Shot has a cool steering cranks under the bumper.
