I know this is a month or so old now but going back to the bulkhead question,
I'm building an all black 10t runner with mainly rpm parts and really dont wanna dye one of my bulkheads if i can avoid it, only thing i'm really missing is the bulkhead.
As said the gt one will bolt on and you use the gt shock mount, but can you attach the stealth transmission brace on to it without to much work? seems to me that spending 15 dollars on a rpm bulkhead and shock mount is better than dyeing rare white nylon. Besides i'm quite liking the idea of using this and having one of puretechs sticky backed double velcro mounts to hold the lipo steady. If it'll work :D

The holes on the GT bulkhead are about 3/32" further apart than the ones on the standard 10T bulkhead, but the holes are almost perfect. The Associated GT bulkhead is about $3, and is still available.

The two trucks use a similar style tranny brace, but the dimensions are not the same. It would be easier to make your own out of fiberglass or aluminum than modify an existing brace. The GT bulkhead is lower than the 10T bulkhead, so you will need to use a spacer and a longer screw to hold the brace down. Take a look at the GT manuals on Associated's site and you'll see what I mean.

Thats just what i needed to know dont mind a bit of diy makes it more fun! do you also need the gt rear bottom shock mounts if your using the bulkhead and shock mount. Or are they just there as the rear suspension is reverse mounted on the gt?
