what is your favorite yoke buggy?
Re: what is your favorite yoke buggy?
The MR4-BX for sure. if you gave the same driver the same battery and same electronics to this car verses any other yoke or 4wd buggy 1/10, I'm sure the MR4-BX will still rule. The Durango, 511X and the Kyosho SP2 are all nice indeed but the MR4-BX is robust, simple and highly tunable. That's just my opinion though and I have been known to be wrong before.

Nice idea for this poll 59burst
Out of all the list you provided, my favourite is the 1993 WCS. Essentially a prototype that was made available (in small numbers) to the general public and was designed around Masami Hirosaka's driving characteristics.

about yokomo buggies,I think every one runner or collecter at least two or three cars as final targets.

Re: what is your favorite yoke buggy?
At first the box art got my attention and then the distinctive sound of a half dozen or so dogfighters coming out of turn three down the straightaway got me hooked...yz-834b gets my vote.

Re: what is your favorite yoke buggy?
I chose the 94 YZ-10 - by 'WCE' do you mean the World Championship Special (WCS)?
The WCS is the only Yokomo I own (or ever owned) I can remember reading through the Dec 93 'Radio Race Car' review, showing detail shots of Masami's 93 Worlds winning car - those chunky wishbones & high shock towers just look so purposefull

Re: what is your favorite yoke buggy?
I did my best you know
few of the forum members like you and Kenooze have most of (maybe all of) them. and there were few more limited runs from yokomo
Reedy championship replica based on 870C and works '91 (maybe it's the 870C Custom in Dual's timeline tread. but I'm not sure)
MX-4 '98 Ifmar replica
MX-4 YMP
and MR-4BX has more variations like factory and worlds edition. factory kit is not far from the origianl MR-4BX. and the worlds edition has different top deck from the original and factory
actaully a few YMPs is still running in our tracks. and personally I don't like the way it look. but was the start point of newer MR-4BX. and they both run really great. but I never had a chance to run my BX myself yet

Re: what is your favorite yoke buggy?
Gary, the 870C replica - was this supplied by Yokomo as per your Avatar - i.e it come pre-built & with a painted shell? Like the MX4 98 replica??
