your not going to have much of a body left if you keep going with the mods! I like it, it keeps with the spirit of many other members franken-rides.

Well i guess i should go with a blackfoot body since i stripped the gears in the frog body (big wheels and 18t motor dont mix) and all i had was a buch devil rear end that ive been holding on too for when i find a blue chassi. Yeah now its a FankenFrog LOL :mrgreen

Yes the wheely bar helps, it flips over on take off without it

You have the king black foot rear end in there.... Cant emagine that you are having gear problems. Ive ran 12 turn motors in an otherwise stock monster beetle & not had too many problems... Usualy just the hex drives blow out @ high speed.

I had to put the king blackfoot rear in because i shredded the teeth of the spur gear in the frog rear(Note to self: never put 11volt brushless on a frog rear end  had to try it). But now i keep snaping off the king blackfoot axels, i need to find some good harden ones

I vote for a subaru brat body (the lexan one) but you should have heaps of choice.
Just watch no to pick something with too much wheelbase
