72 is the smallest you can put on a 2.25 stealth's slipper. not sure about a 2.40's slipper........... maybe 78.

you can get them pretty much anywhere. but why would you want a 72 spur to use on a truck? that's way too small.

You are correct good sir! The thing is a smaller spur really doesn't even matter anymore with the power brought forth with brushless engines. My buddy gave me a traxxas vxl system. I have to put it to use. I have one of these nip and just tried it to confirm, it fits both the original and the b3 style slippers(doesn't look like it should but it does). Both slipper outer plates have tapered outer edges, and the 60t hugs the taper. pinion mesh/alignment will be very important to get right as the gear is actually smaller in diameter than the slipper.
