It accually worked GREAT, Went right to the front every race and stayed there for three mintues and then proceeded to DUMP....HARD!!
We did not have the Battries nor the Electronics to make it work back then. Another thought that was before it's time!
Chassis tuning was a breeze, to much steering more preload in the on the front/rear axle, not enough steering more preload on the rear/rear axle. Split the rear spring rates 50/50 which made the individual rear wheel spring weights really light, chassis stayed up off the ground and the wheels floated over the rough stuff like it was not there!
Oh yah - LOTS of forward BITE!!

Yes, Rick Howel did a four page spread on it in Car Action back in 92 or 93. I have the mag somewhere in the boxes and boxes of mags that are taking up space in the garage.
Accually it was more like 1 and a half pages if you delete the ads....

Haha! I knew it. Good to know that my memory is not completely shot. Something as radical as that tends to stay in your mind after 15 or so years.Daryl Lane wrote:Yes, Rick Howel did a four page spread on it in Car Action back in 92 or 93. Nice one Darryl, it's great to see these old specials again. Here's the pictures and report from the very first race the Terminator ran in, courtesy of RCCA May 1990
