Part ID/usage question (#3410)

Post by paul »

Hi,
I picked up this part (3410 Rear Axle Motor Mounts) in a lot on ebay, and was wondering what exactly it was used for? I cannot find any info after a quick search on the net. I only have one vintage rc10 at the moment (a real junker from ebay), but when disassembling it and cleaning everything, I didn't find anything like this part. Thanks for any information!

Those would be for the RC12e 1st generation 1/12 scale car Associated put out to be specific.

Thanks for the added info! I looked the 12e up, and saw how they fit into the design. It was good to see the parts on the intended car since I spent some time looking at them wondering if they were some kind of upgrade or addition to the RC10. Once I have permission, I'll probably post in the trading section since I have no use for these if I still have them by then.
