The small pulleys LA-11 are very hard to get havent seen them on the bay for ages and they only exist on the la series of cars ( not lazer sport ) .Jay Dub wrote:I did allot of RD on the schumacher mission series of cars. And there was a reason we went away from the long belt connecting the two differentials of the car. If you are going to change it, why not run a short belt to the rear, and a long belt to the front from the layshaft only. I am not positive, but I should think the Lazer series of component from Kyosho would be a good place to start. There are plenty of spares about, and I would bet there are enough readily available parts already manufactured for some other car. my .02c -Jeff
I think the easiest thing to do is get pulleyshafts from beltcorp or sdp and machine them down to have bearings fit since they are avaliable in different sizes and just have the right belts to match the pitch on the pulleys. M3 belts for the lazers and 870 works93/95 yokomos, M2 for works91 yokomo diffs.
I guess that you want to use the oneways at the wheels then the layshaft pulley issue should be an easy task and just get the slipper of youre choise.
