Shock Question

Post by CamplinP »

OK. I have the top load gold with black alum caps on my CE. I also have the Grey/green plastic top cap shocks with all the plastic pieces being black. I was going through some of my stuff and came across these grey/green with black alum tops and white plastic pieces. What car were these from?

I can't tell how long they are but for sure they came with the later 10T's and the "worlds" RC10 used them as well. They were sold alone as option parts. I know those bodies were available for B2's and B3's with molded caps but I don't know if they came in any kits though.

But I see some white parts in there, so these were probably for a 10T or a Buggy.

That should be Buggy rear / Truck front. I might be wrong though.

Option buggy rear, the standard buggy rear length was 1.32. Truck fronts 1.02 from the early to mid 90's
