identifying marks

identifying marks

after all my research about identifying marks on the Rc10 i see the most common are A, AB, B should any other marking beside though letters mean any thing about it?............i found the ID mark on mine is it's a C can someone tell me more about that please?

The C stamp chassis is the worlds chassis.

not all of the c stamp tubs are worlds tubs. they had regular c stamp tubs, too.

Yup, I have a gold "C" chassis. The "C" is the last run.
The Fox, Falcon, 9 RC10s black/gold/graph, Optima Mid SE EXT, Losi XXXT, B3, B4, 3 T4s, Evader BX, Evader ST, Buggy Champ '09, Sand Scorcher '10, RC10T, RC10DS

sections of the bottom would be milled out.

Sure, the "C" chassis comes with the World Car, but the last release of gold chassis for the Championship Edition comes with an unmilled "C" chassis.
The late Team Car too.
The evolution comes also with a stronger material.
I'm sure, I hand cut both "B" and "C" and the last production are really more stronger !

The stamps are as follows:

No Stamp ( light gold) Very first gen
A Stamp ( light gold) first gen
A Stamp (gold) 2nd gen
AB Stamp (gold) 2nd gen with Stealth holes added
B Stamp (black or gold) 3rd gen with Stealth holes
C Stamp (black) Worlds Light weight (milled)
C Stamp (gold) CE chassis ( unmilled)

Yes, they used 7075 on the worlds not sure on the later c but the earlier chassis I believe where 6062
