teehugger's powder coated chassis build

Post by bdrmbully »

so i scooped this from treehugger in the BST thinking i'll build it then flip it to make funds for better parts for the cars i already own. i grabbed a lot of diff ultima parts in a recent ebay purchase. the dude had a jg oval chassis set up going on. so i dismantled it to use for this build...

i have a tranny on another build that has spyder gears in it. (so smooth) i was gna take it to put in here. then toss in a full on robinson conversion tranny to replace it but now im confused. am i gonna sell this beast or gonna keep it. i gotta buy parts to build it still. need front carriers, ball studs cause i wanna use green rod ends. instead of regular kyosho rod ends.(maybe ) its a up in the air build. what yah think about the lightened a arms lol

I remeber we used to do similar things to kyosho arms bitd to make them a little more flexible so the car got easier to drive on rough tracks.
