Finally got to run my 2010 SS in the mud & on the beach, also took the Monster Beetle out as well.
My son & I had a ball!

Well I've been a member here since 12/08, and until now I haven't yet posted pics of my main project, which I call the Ballertruck - my runner that should be a shelfer!

hi guys/gals i am very concerned here. i have a bunch of rc10t2 that i want to run as racers in the future (maybe 5-7+ years from now). the parts are the rear bulkhead, rear tower, a-arms, whether they be carbon composite, fiberglass or woven...

The materials associated used on thier cars is very good. you rarely see a broken part. now if you were talking about a vintage Tamiya, I would say skip running it.

Finally got with it and found a rear bulkhead, and new body mounts to finish her off. The chassis was a runner, more like a drifter, and the body is HPI, always had a soft spot for that particular one. Ended up fitting the wheelbase on the DS...

those bodys look killer, the paint is nice i like how the trucks match thats very cool for father/son. maybe my dad and i will do that one day too. the carpet truck is very nice too thats a first for me to see a t4 carpet truck like that.

driveline spins great , one way works, diffs feel good

body is rough but got a mr lexan repo coming and...

Just resprayed my Sons SS recently & this was it's first run with the new paint job & wheels, exhaust wipers glass etc.
it looks quite nice running on the sand.
beautiful day at the beach with no one else there.

hey jak! looking suberb as usual mate, we also had a beach run last weekend up the sunshine coast qld. absolute ball isnt it :) just hosed the sand off the hornet and hung it out to dry :lol: easy!!
