So this is kind of my dirt oval version of the "what's old is now a lot newer" theme. So far I have a custom slider chassis that started life as a Tim Dipenti GBX chassis that I had him leave all the rear arm mount and transmission holes out of and I milled and drilled it for Custom works direct drive mounting plates. The D/D plates are carrying a traxxas 4420 Pro Ball diff, which fits without modification, that is carrying a kimbrough 120 tooth spur. The shocks are asscociated hard anno TC3 shocks with VCS conversions. Those are mounted up to Dynotech adjustable rear arms, and standard front arms on the bottom, and a stock GBX front tower with a heavily modified GBX rear tower. The rear hub carriers are JRC with B3 CVD's spinning in Avid bearings.
I am just curious and hope that one of the members either is in the know or might know someone in the know. Who does/did Custom Works body molds? Where they done by hand or by some sort of CNC process. I am curious as if you really think about the...

I picked this up recently from the OSRC Facebook group. I did a light restoration because the car is in such great condition. It came with a Barracuda slipper eliminator also. I have a new lexan cell cradle on the way. And I'm trying to find a white...

What an awesome build! What's the idea on the trans spacer? More dog bone plunge?
Got this recently off the bay. I have been looking for an old school sprinter to add to my collection... Finally found one for what I thought was reasonable.
Came with all vintage electronics, Novak M something esc, 2 new Reedy Sonic mod motors, a...
