Anyone else getting a full screen whiteout for a split second when changing pages, are the Google ads going subliminal now or what?

i'm not, but bill did update the forum software last night. could have something to do with it.

It stayed on almost long enough to make out something like page cannot be displayed, then came on as normal, apart from google ad box is whited for 3 secs

Not having that problem, but "View Active topics" just gives me active topics in eBay talk only.

I sometimes get a blank white page for a second or less before each page loads but its not bothersome. It could be the board or it could be your computer and or browser.

my Schumacher flash has the label torn off...I removed the rest of it to clean it up...however the endbell is purple and yokomo is written.

So was this Schumacher motor a rebadged yokomo wing?

I got 2 sets of rc10 arm mounts in a lot purchase. Unfortunately they were drilled out for bearings like the Quarter Flash arms. Has anyone ever seen the arm mounts done by them? I know I haven't. I also know doing this is not hard.... I've done it...

You can't rule out that they are 'home-made' but I am 99.9% sure they are Quarter Flash items. I have a set of the front and rear arm mounts on my Fibre-Lyte RC10. Definitely cool pieces but the stock arm mounts work just as well imo :wink:

I'm sure this has been discussed before. What's the best way to get your old white plastic parts looking new again or at least better? I was thinking about a 90% water 10% bleach soak. Is this a bad idea? Also will putting the parts in semi boiling...

Thanks for the info on Super Clean. I went looking for some today, didn't find it. So I was going to get some Simple Green instead when I passed by the Soft Scrub products and found this....

So I did a quick soak and scrub on my rear end...

Just received some White J Concepts Rulux wheels but they appear to be more of a pale blue grey colour is this normal. The other wheel is a JCRacing white for comparison

You don't *need to do anything to run the front B4 wheels, although the offset is more inboard than the old 2.0/2.1 wheels. If that bothers you, you can run GT front axles which are wider and correct the offset.

Has anyone any good tips on how to get original white parts clean and white again? Acetone and Bleach don't work! :shock:

i've used castrol super clean and had decent results getting parts clean, but once that white plastic gets that yellowish stain to it, its pretty much impossible to get WHITE again. i've tried bleach, softscrub, boiling them in bleach... nothing...
