Rc swat law enforcement vehicle

Post by tizeye »

The SWAT BOT is what you get when you cross a paintball gun and pepper spray with a remote-controlled RV whose parents were a laptop computer and the Road Runner. Designed for law enforcement situations like riot control, hostage scenarios, building security, bomb threats or other hostile or covert situations, this all-aluminum, lithium polymer battery powered unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) is equipped with a 100-round magazine, wireless barrel-cam and can fire paint and pepper balls or hardened rubber rounds up to 250ft at a rate of 20 shots per second as well as travel at speeds in excess of 50mph.

 Ha I can just see it now...when some of you guys do your military service..my specialty Sir is RC Enforcement Vehicle driver...years of experience..what a cool position to have.. 8)

The military and services are all over the RC market these days, just alot bigger scale in some instances. If you go to something like the AUSA show in DC or Lauderdale, you'll see tons of businesses dipping into the market.
I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.

It's safe to say certain movies I saw when I was younger left an impression on my mind.

I wonder how many specialists worked on that, and how long it took them to mount a paintball gun on an E-maxx. lol....

My dogs would chase anything off a cliff. They are dogs, they don't think before they chase or jump.

Nomadio is really into the Military scene.

So much so that they stopped development of their radios to concentrate on the Military effort. I used the radios for a while - awesome features - but a well "funky ugly" design.

Cheers

Did they really stop to concentrate on Military, or just because their RC venture was a total flop?

i have a react for my highlift since i need a 4th channel for a winch. i dont like it.

i most likely have a problem with mine since it will eat up a 2500mah tx battery in about 30 minutes. and i cant for the life of me figure out how to get it to start up with the 4th channel in the middle position of a 3way toggle, but once i hit the 4th channel it will reset itself in the neutral position. i figure its some start up throttle feature or something, but everything i try wont fix it. even went as far as getting a cheap pc laptop so i could use the software and still cant figure it out.

Well, they are retrievers after all.
Just like Buster is clearly an attack dog. 5 pounds of pure Dynamite! Attacks everything, including my brother-in-law's 100 pound German Shepherd. He is awesome with my daughter though...and enjoys the occasional tea party...
