B4 Shocks ???????
Ok my old graphite needs new shocks.
Just saw that you can buy the whole shock package with gold shafts , pistons , springs and etc for $50.
Can the B4 shocks fit or are they wrong seize.????
Thanks.

Re: B4 Shocks ???????
Your rc10 would use .71front, 1.32 rear the B4 is .89front, 1.02 rear--
you can get them on, but the front end would be sky high.

Re: B4 Shocks ???????
Agreed. If you go this route, make sure you get a couple of .71" shock shafts for the front.
The 1.32" shocks required 3 spacers inder the piston anyway, so the 1.02" from the B4 should work fine for the rear.

Re: B4 Shocks ???????
Can you get .71" in gold shafts so they would match the rear then.
Thanks for the advice guys.

Re: B4 Shocks ???????
i'm pretty sure the .89 shocks come with .71 shock shafts.
also, the b4 rears are 1.18 if i'm not mistaken.

Re: B4 Shocks ???????
just wondering, but why do you want to use the b4 shocks when the original team shocks are still available? because they're threaded?
here's the thing. if you use the .89's up front it will decrease the downtravel of your suspension because the shock bodies are longer. for them to work correctly, you need a taller front tower.
on the rear, the b4 bodies are 1.18. shorter than the original 1.32's. these will allow too much up travel, and you'll end up needing limiters on the outside of the shock so that the dogbones don't bind in the trans outdrives. if you want threaded shock bodies, just get the 1.32 threaded shock kit from the associated trucks.

Re: B4 Shocks ???????
Associated trucks from T3 onwards use 1.39" rear shocks. But they seem to make 1.32" threaded bodies anyway http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXJXT6&P=7
