Re: My Optima Mid(s) ID issue

This build is just missing a few vital pieces of hardware, although it had falte...

Re: Turbo Optima 2019 re-release in “boring” box art colors

Thanks Keith. :D
I think you're right about the bumper...

Kyosho packs both bumpers in the box so you won't need to choose.
The bigger bumper definitely makes the car look more vintage. Now, if I could only do something about those hideous tires....

Re: The Presto Resto

the mint baja I had used a kydex bumper, so making one from 2-3mm kydex would be correct. the alloy one looks pretty much on point too.

Re: The Presto Resto

Here are the measurements of the Rowdy Baja bumper I have if it helps any. 266.7mm wide along the front edge. 166.7mm wide along the back edge. 30mm deep in the center before the kickup. 19mm deep on the sides before the kickup. 19mm wide kickup portion. 88.9mm inches center to center mounting holes...

Re: The Presto Resto

Yeah, it's probably different but I figured it may help to get some idea. It is pretty large overall. I did a Google image search for protractors, and held it up to the screen, and it seems to me like it has a 50 degree kickup angle.

Re: Turbo Ultima rebuild

The Turbo Rocky suffers from the same disease :-)
keithrc wrote: Wed Dec 18, 2019 4:20 am That really looks the goods man, if I'm not mistaken, only these and the Turbo Optima Mid SE have those platinum shocks?
