Re: ** 2025 RC10Talk.com Roostpalooza - April 12-13 - Insanity Race Track - Boonton, NJ **
I’ve seen the pictures and videos so far on facebook and everything looked like a ton of fun and so awesome! Let’s have a rundown of cars and equipment. What was the overall motor/ esc preference? Brushed or Brushless? Tires and wheels? Batteries especially connectors, bullets or other? Makes and mo...

I think most of us were running Brushless. 17.5 was the limit in the 2wd classes and 13.5 in the 4wd. For me I use 5mm Bullet connecters that go straight into my shorty lipo packs. The power didn't matter much though, for reference my best qualifier was done on a half dead battery. What really matte...

Fan RC FR-01 Worlds RC10 Blue kit
I recently bought and built this Fan RC FR-01 Blue Version kit. I added the Fan RC forged carbon chassis, towers, transmission brace, and battery brace. I also added a Jconcepts motor plate. Besides the above upgrades, I built the kit basically stock. I swapped just a few pieces of hardware for alum...

as mentioned, the classes are defined so you can run brushed or brushless. I know Mark W. was running something with a brushed motor, I'm not sure which class. For ease of maintenance, most guys will opt for lipo and brushless, its just so much more power and simple. I run old lipo packs, 5000Mah, n...

Re: Factory Works Ten4.1 project
soon
the best available right now is the Team car, as it has the correct transmission. If they do further models, like a worlds car, that will also be good.

Re: What are your plans with your re-release RC10T?
Is it possible to build an RC10T 4wd with a ReRe kit and a Ten4.1 kit? the only part that would fit would be the idler in the rear, rear bulkhead, and steering assembly. The entire front trans would not work and of course the driveshafts. The 10T as with the DS are just different animals up front, ...

Re: What are your plans with your re-release RC10T?
Has anyone on here built, seen, or dreamed of an RC10T 4wd? Is it possible to build an RC10T 4wd with a ReRe kit and a Ten4.1 kit? Is this feasible or just a dumb idea? Thanks for entertaining this old guy's thoughts 👍 Maybe a buggy with truck conversion wheels. The wheelbase would be a little shor...

Re: What is it now Team Associated?!
The two are related how? The same way an ice Mustang and an EV mustang are related- by name  Hey. That's not fair. The Mustang EV identifies as a Mustang. You just need to accept that and stop being so damned biased just because it was really born an Escort Geezus don’t insult an escort like t...

Re: What is it now Team Associated?!
We actually did get the Escort EXP, but it didn't go over well. I had a 88 GT that my father and I worked over- swapped for a newer sefi 1.9, destroked to 1.8, and turbod with a standalone accel dfi. That car was a blast and spooled so fast it was unreal but as with all old fords the parts became im...
