Ground out the chassis for a shorty lipo, added a Reedy brushless setup, drove around a little to set-up, handles great! This forum has definitely worn off on me. I never would have considered mounting all the electronics in the center of the chassis, but it seems to fly very flat! Just need to pain...

If you don't get the holes for the servo just right (as the previous owner of my LXT chassis did), you can use UV plastic weld to patch, then re-drill/countersink.
