Re: Pinion gear selection RC10T

also if you are planning to race it, when figuring out your gearing make sure you only run it for 5-6 minutes at a time so you can accurately check the temperatures for race conditions

Re: RE RE STEALTH TRANS

My stealth trans is all moving freely since I got the replacement top shaft. However I have noticed that I'm getting a bit of slip somewhere when I gun the throttle. I've tightened the slipper clutch and I'm still getting some slippage before it engages and takes off. It is also making a slight sque...

Jconcepts shells

Quick question. Does the detonator shell for the classic kit fit the world re release too?

I'm looking for a shell with a tighter fit around the chassis as quite a bit off debris is getting inside!

Re: Servo horn issues

Jeez you weren't kidding! Stripped the internals of a good plastic servo trying to get it on. The metal geared servo fared better and if went on after softening the plastic in a little hot water.

Servo horn issues

Hi all, I have a worlds re release kit and have pretty much built up as much as I can. I am being sent a replacement top shaft as it was one of the incorrectly machined ones. That aside the next issue that I have is that none of the servo horns seem to fit the servos I have available. I have a savox...

Re: #6002 - RC10 Worlds Car Kit

My kit turned up yesterday and started building it thus evening. Mine too has the top shaft problem with the slipper plate touching the motor plate. Emailed that chap Donald Natale and they are going to send me out a replacement. Hopefully it will sort out the issue.

Tyres setup ideas for astro (UK)

Hi there, I have a rerelease worlds car on order and fully intend to race it against modern buggies and also maybe in the vintage class if we have enough cars. I normally race a dex210 mid motor car and the general tyre that works at our track are schumacher yellow minispikes at the back and a stagg...

Re release wheel options

Ok so I took the plunge and ordered the re release worlds kit. Does anybody know if there are any wheels other than those in the kit that will fit? I've seen mention that B4 fronts may fit. Back in the day I ran spoked wheels, and they were just cooler on UK tracks. Any ideas if there is anything mo...

I'll be there tomorrow with my son! Have been doing a few of the summer series but my vintage schumacher is out of action for now. Hope to put a name to a face

What car as a fun racer?

Hi there, as you can tell I'm a bit new to the forum and have recently got back into the hobby. I like the look of the rerelease buggies and wondered which was the easiest to get racing with? Obviously the classic platform does work and has done for years and the worlds replica is another step on fr...

Hi from south London, England

Hi there, I'm from Bromley in South London and have recently got back into the hobby after a 15-20 year gap. I used to race a B3 up until I stopped and prior to that a Kyosho ultima. I've got back into it with my son and we both have durangos to mess about with. I saw this site when I was looking fo...
