Mine needs a new chassis as well and a screw kit. While I'd prefer new Yokomo stuff to keep this all original because mine is just for the shelf, I'll probably order a screw kit from RCScrewz or somebody to get me started. Here is my latest vintage addition. This was on ebay not too long ago. Got it for pretty cheap :) Overall condition is not so great, almost all the screw heads are stripped, chassis has some chips and a corner broken off, bent tie rods, battery slots were dremeled out by a blind person, lots of play...

I dont think anybody make old school battery packs anymore. You'll have to get a newer stick pack and rebuild it how you like.

This is really cool. Vintage yokomo is the way to go!

I'm looking for anything i can get! Club racing it again is my goal but its parts dependant.

Looks like a YR4. Back in the day i was running a YR4M and if you took a corner too tight and clipped the rear wheel it would split the bulkhead in half. This was a smart solution!

Thanks guys! I would love to start club racing my mx4 just its a awesome car to drive....gotta get the parts sorted out first. I'd rather have a in tact shelf queen than a broken race car. :/

thanks for the replies! I throught the mr4bc would be more similar than that seeing how the mx4 ymp was leading towards the mr4 layout . Guess i'll start researching part numbers. If all else fails, sanding discs and a good selection of drill bits will make things fit if needed
