Re: jconcepts detonator for rc10
I talked with Cliff Lett at the AE warehouse sale last month and he said more was coming. He wouldn't expand on what the "more" was but when I mentioned the 2.25 Stealth transmission kit he smiled.

Re: BigBores on a b4. Notice any huge advantage?
I felt like my TRF201 landed off jumps in a more stable manor when I switched to big bores. If I was only racing once a month, I probably pass. With a good driver and setup, small bores are still very competitive.

You might not like it, but at least be thankful that Jason has taken an interest in our small segment of the hobby and is producing parts for us. I am not a fan of the body either, but love the new tires and wheels.

Re: B5 and B5m discussion.....
I can tell you that the cab forward bodies made a huge different in front end grip on my Tamiya TRF201. The JConcepts Finisher body in particular made a dramatic improvement. They might be ugly, but they are a necessary evil if one wants to be competitive.

I should try these on my jelly bean wheels just to see if they will work.

Re: rc10b4 Lipo brushless combo
I think a Hobbywing EZRun 35 amp esc and 13T motor would be a good setup for you then. It's about $75 shipped and comes with a programming card as well. Here's a review of it-- Video part 1 Video part 2 If you're after a little more speed they also have the combo with a 9T motor. Hobbywing EZRun 35a...

Re: rc10b4 Lipo brushless combo
What are you hoping to achieve with the car? Will it be raced or is it just to run around with?

Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
I built mine as soon as it arrived, but didn't get a chance to get it dirty until yesterday. Running a Reedy Radon 17T motor and the kit tires and wheels was a blast at our local park/baseball diamond. Car is so much fun to run. I easily get 30+ mins of runtime with a 2s 5000mah lipo. You guys who a...

Re: Who hasn't built their re-release yet?
I built mine as soon as it arrived and drove it in the dirt for the first time today. It was an absolute blast running it on a baseball diamond and grass. You guys need to get off the fence and build and run yours!

Re: Highway Hornet / '89-90 RCCA Mag Replica
I just bought a Hornet from Tower ($105 shipped
). If you want to off-load any of your new parts, drop me a line. I would be particularly interested in tires, wheels, body, esc and motor.

I got mine straight from Associated and they don't match the old school screws. Who cares though, I'm just happy to have decent steering now!

Re: RC10T WOIN Runner Build
I didn't realize you were that close. You need to bring it (and your others) out to Peg one Saturday so we can get a group together and race.
