noticed an SV on auction a few minutes ago as well as a Lazer ZX-R. decisions, decisions... Vintage child-hood 4WD dream or newer Schumacher... Leaning towards the SV. How easy is it to find spares for the SV these days? anything shared with newer versions?

if your not comfortable soldering new wires to board. I would suggest soldering new wires to the stub and cover with shrink tube. too much resistance in crimp connectors. simply hold them close together, solder and add shrink tubes? nice! looking at a set of cars, one of which seems to be a super10 (or GP10? I don't know the difference). Do they fit in any current class of racing?

I'm a CAD jockey myself and have been thinking of making an adapter but have no idea how to get from a 3D printed model to an actual usable adapter... are you going to mold it yourself or have someone machine it from a solid block of nylon?
