Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread

Just finished up the Mini Nationals here at RC Madness and while I completely bombed my jrx2 and jrxt A mains i had a great time. The mid motor JRX2 held up well and is starting to handle good. I realized that my modification to the rear hub actually shortened the rear track width. Despite that i g...

Super Cool! Now you won’t make the mistake I made. Taking a water gun to a Nerf Gun fight:) - limestang Whoa! That is a serious rubber band shooter! When I was a kid, we used our fingers. Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread

ended up changing the scheme of my stock class Mini JRX2 to match my JRX Pro. https://i.postimg.cc/Gp1bKwkj/IMG-20221119-201438165.jpg Decals are 1/14 scaled JRX Pro decals from MCI which fit quite well. I should have move the side decals forward more on both the bodies but I didn't feel like fight...

Pretty fresh 36E3E5B6-E3C5-443B-9EFA-135A2BA151A5.jpeg Sure someone could’ve ran it with some straightening. But it was pretty haggard and I’d never put it back on a rebuild. 49BC13E2-3B99-46E5-8AC7-DABACE874B51.jpegEE1906D9-C85C-40A8-84A0-F7D26EB03D4C.jpegF2C83D09-F835-462B-A230-9B2FA66B5F1C.jpegF...

Re: Anyone Heard Of Or Used This USPS Money Order Service

USPS is not good about claims. Does the seller have any ratings anywhere? It doesn’t sound legit - I’d be wary depending on the dollar amount.

How many times has this happened to you. You decide to throw away something that you haven’t needed in 10 years. A month later you need it

Coupons and Specials

Not sure if there is already a place for this, if not, post current sales and coupons that will help fellow members. I’ll start with MCI Racing. They have a 20% discount for this weekend. I wasn’t aware they made repro RC10 plastic parts and tires.

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread

Starting working on assembling the mini LXT. Going to need to rework the front and rear hubs as there isn't enough meat on them to be durable at the ball stud holes. But its coming out pretty good. I have an idea for the rear axles, hopfully the lhs has some of the parts i need. Also seems that the...

Re: Do you display with or without electronics?

I'm a bit torn. I like a ready to run shelfer but I don't like servo tape and how difficulet it can be to remove. I guess I could just use minimal servo tape for a shelfer, but then it really isn't ready to run. For my runners, I try to use 3D printed holders that allow for easy electronics removal...

Idea for a future Build of the Month. Theme would be matching pairs - Examples: 1) RC10 & RC10T with common paint theme, 2) JRX2 and JRX2 Mini, 3) RC10 gold pan and RC10 WOIN. Photo below from Fasterlouder posting.
