Re: Two quick questions
I used 'greased lighting' which comes in a yellow bottle. I haven't found anything it wont clean up. I use it on rc10, and my 1/5 scale gaser. It's gental on the skin and even used it on a ton of plastics, but grease and grime just wipes away with paper towel.

Re: Imminent's RC10CE - It still runs?!
Welp. We went Frankenstein. was always a lover of the stadium trucks. I wanted to convert my Rc10 into a RC10T since they share so many similar parts. I had just spent some money on the Jconcepts wheels, so I wasn't ready to go truck tire. Picked up the RC10T, GT, T2 RPM arms NIP for 6 bucks each on...

Re: Would you rather buy a painted body or paint it yourself
I like buying painted, but the problem being once you paint you corner yourself into someone who likes that. The unpainted is going to fetch less as it has no value added, but your market will be larger. I bought a nice viper body, un cut, un painted, and now I wish I could have someone paint it up....

Re: Imminent's RC10CE - It still runs?!
The right rear is sitting funny with the foam, because it is rounded, the left rear is flat. The 2 fronts seem flat too. The dirt hawgs are 1.73" wide for rears, and 1.28 fronts per pro-line website. The outside measurable lip to lip for fronts was 3/4". rears 1&3/8". I used the e...

Re: Imminent's RC10CE - It still runs?!
Flipped, bashes, rolled, crashed. I have yet to break anything. I don't think i could ever shelf one of these cars. I put on the Jconcepts wheels which are a direct fit for the RC10 and ordered the Pro-Line Dirt Hawgs 2.2 wheels. Figured i'd post a shot how they look in-cane anyone was wondering for...

Re: Car Identification
Probably the lamest RC video in history, but it's what I do with my rc10! Passes by this little dirt spot after taking her to the indoor clay track at my LHS. In a mock race I beat out the field of 8 other than one slash 4x4. All this with the 15T firebolt motor, and no brake/reverse. http://www.you...

Re: First RC10
Are you a photographer by profession by chance? Those shots are very artistic. Bravo. Would love to see a few aerial shots of the car with the body off. That front shock customization looks wicked awesome. Reminds me of an on-road racer with how low it's sitting, and that front spoiler. What a gem! ...

Re: Car Identification
Truck loads of fun. Makes me miss my RC10T I had as a teen. I'm thinking of converting this one to a stadium truck as buggy's actually aren't my thing. Just starting to research on that now. I had looked at going modern like rustler for that, but I just love gold pan for all it's pan glory.

Re: Car Identification
Utterly crazy amounts of fun being had with my RC10. I pretty much put a good hour on it ever night, and the slot machine seems to be toast. I put in the firbolt 15T which I did a water break in on, and boy did that ramp up the power. No fitment issues at all. 21T pinion with the motor case built in...

Re: Car Identification
Thanks for the info. I'll step up the gears on the slot machine. She moves pretty good now, just casual zoom zoom play with my rc10. Lucky the Firebolts were free haha.

Re: Car Identification
Anyone know a good FDR range to shoot for on a 15T motor? My friend at the hobby shop dumped a few of these HPI Firebolt 15T brushed motors on me. I've searched here, and google like mad, everything is brushless these days. I checked the HPI site for general motor data as well, and boy was that a de...
