Re: Help! Anyone live near Aurora, Denver?
Thanks, I'm after some Roval Ti skewers (100/130mm Road) to go with my Roval wheels, they come with steel ones as standard, but why have steel if you can have Titanium! https://www.adventurecycle.net/product/specialized-roval-titanium-quick-releases-237272-1.htm I don't think they even sold them in ...

Thanks for the replies and help guys, I just spoke to the shop owner and even though his website says he has stock, it turns out he doesn't, gutted!

Help! Anyone live near Aurora, Denver?
Hey guys, long time no speak! I'm doing another build - but its not RC related I'm afraid, its a bicycle (sorry)! I'm after some rare-as-hens-teeth titanium skewers, but the only shop I can find that still has them in stock (they were discontinued a long time ago) will not post outside the US. I was...

I might have some spare bell cranks, and live in the UK. PM me if you are interested and I'll take a look - all my spares are tucked away.

Re: Losi XX Kinwald Trinity build
That's a cool way to mount the wing, looks spot on. I assume you have to undo the grub screws and slide off the wing to get the shell off? Cant see the rear of the shell fitting between the tower and wing!
Also like that you have smoothed off the tower where the original wire should be - nice touch!

So many great cars & trucks here guys! It's been ages since I've touched anything RC related, but my collection still shines bright in the corner of our living room

Re: Jamin's Losi XXT Box-Art Build - FINISHED!!
So it turns out Losi used a pic of my truck in one of their videos celebrating 40 years of Losi, pretty chuffed about that! (Although not sure why they didn't just use their own one!!!???)

Re: Jamin's Losi XXT-CR Graphite+ MK1 Motor Plate!
So I picked up some new rear wishbones off eBay this week, I didn't realise that the ones i had fitted had the newer white graphite logo on them - when the rest of the truck had the earlier (and better) silver stamping. IMG_4569.jpg IMG_4570.jpg IMG_4571.jpg Ok so I am struggling to find things to d...

Re: Jamin's Losi XX-CR - Another shiny motor plate!
Any update to this thread? There must be some small detail with this build that you've overlooked surely,..... :D The only thing I have changed is the rear tyres, to Losi sprints. That's it, sorry! I cant think of anything it needs - maybe some QC Lunsford shock mounts?? So its only taken me 5 year...

Re: Jamin's Losi XX-CR - Old Skool Pics
Here is a pic of the last XX I can recall racing - this pic was taken from the 1997 Euros in Barcelona and shows the size of the holes that appeared during the racing there. It was an awful track, very slippery and bumpy, it was really hard to run a clean race.

Re: Losi XX Kinwald Trinity build
Oh my, this is looking killer now! Those black springs look so much better, and shows off the collars nicely. The fact you are going black wheels also really sets this build apart. Stunning work Lavigna! I think I might have to re-visit my build to try and keep up with the level you are setting :mrg...

Interesting point about the rear bumper - I had forgotten that they updated it, nice little touch there!
