Re: Dying fiberglass.......help.......

I've had similar results on fiberglass shock towers for the 10 buggy. From what I've read on here, fiberglass needs to be left in the dye for a much longer period of time compared to nylon parts. Re: Good things come to those who wait.

I don't think it's worth keeping with that rear a-arm mount missing. You should pass it on to me! :P
Seriously though, very nice score! Can't wait to see it all cleaned up!! 8)

I really dig the show though. I wish Tig was in that season opener more. That guy is hilarious!  And half...

Re: RPM RC10

Do NOT use peroxide on RPM parts! It does the opposite effect. It makes them a dark yellowish-brown instead of white. 8)

Re: Who know the Screw thread spec for gold pan RC10?

For an older gold pan with short front arms and 6-gear trans, yes. AE switched to the aluminum axles with 5-40 nuts when they were still producing gold pan and black pan stealth cars....

Re: How's the San Diego RC racing scene?

And right now it's just waaaaay to damn hot to go out there... I do miss the...

Re: Who know the Screw thread spec for gold pan RC10?

Rear axles use 8-32 nuts. Older STEEL front axles used 4-40 and the later ALUMINUM axles used 5-40..
