This is my first post on the board. I figured it would be appropriate to share some photos of my Losi XX. This is the form it was in circa 1995 when I stopped racing. It has just followed me around through multiple houses and garages ever since.
I gave away, sold, or threw away all of my R/C stuff from back then and I really regret doing so. Thankfully I at least held onto this buggy which was my primary car and the one I put the most laps on. The last major race for this car was the 1995 ROAR Mod Nationals in Savannah, GA. The body (Jammin) on the car was never raced and unfortunately all the other bodies I used that had artifacts from races (number stickers, transponder holes, etc.) are long gone.
So, fast forward almost 30 years and I'm no longer a kid (was 15 when I painted this body) and I'm getting sucked back into the hobby. I've got a couple Boki Accelerator bodies on the way and I hope to revive this buggy with a few new parts. There is a backyard track for Mini-B's under construction at my house but I'll save that for another thread.
