Will the modern bleeder caps fit on older RC10T shocks?

Re: Modern bleeder caps on old Associated shocks?
I think they will as long as they are not for the V2, 12 mm , etc...I saw some on Tower Hobbies site and when I clicked on Tech Note it said that they fit the Rc10 shocks...The ones I saw are composite material not aluminum...Tower part number LXYEW6...

The original bottom load may have issues- but anything a 10T had should be no problem.

why would bottom loaders be a problem? same cap sizing as all versions of top loaders.

Do to the way the original shocks were not machined for an O-ring when you put an O-ring on there it is not always a perfect fit with the new caps. I have not completely looked at them to figure out why, but I have several that just do not seem to fit perfectly

After thinking about it a little bit, I think my problem actually is more in the cap not in the body of the shock… So pretty much ignore anything I just said!
