lunsford ti-turnbuckles
picked up a set that says for T2/GT/T3. It is the punished series. When I compare the length they are shorter then my current ones. I was under the impression that the gt and T2 are the same lenght as the 10T..

Re: lunsford ti-turnbuckles
Must have needed some coffee. Ater I got in the workshop and locked my kids out I reread what I posted. Hear it is again....the new set has two diff length. 4 rods are 2-5/8 and two are 2-3/4.
The technacraft I pulled out my box are SHORTER then the all four 2-5/8 by 1/8. Not really much but a 1/4 shorter then the longer two. I'm. Thinking the longer two are good for the rear and the four shorter are good for the front.I thought all six would be the same size..

Re: lunsford ti-turnbuckles
Seems similar to the Assoc T4 turnbuckles. I just placed the two shorter on my steering (AE version not lundsford). I believe I looked in the T4 manual if I remember correctly to see where the shorter ones went.

Not sure why, but the steering pairs were made longer than the others. All of mine are that way.slvrback wrote:....the new set has two diff length. 4 rods are 2-5/8 and two are 2-3/4.

I'm speculating here, but maybe a change was made after Asso changed to the larger/longer ball cups? In any event, I'm pretty sure you can buy the shorter pair by itself if need be.
